Alexa Chung is returning to fashion as the creative director and designer of a new collection for British brand Barbour

TV presenter and model Alexa Chung, who closed her eponymous brand in 2022, is making a comeback in fashion as the creative director and designer of a new collection for British brand Barbour – The Edit by Alexa Chung. The brand announced that Chung draws inspiration from vintage collections to create "a fresh take on classic outerwear and rubber boots". In a statement, she expressed her excitement about exploring a new chapter with Barbour: "The work has been pure pleasure. I wanted to create something immediate that reflects my wardrobe, my interests, and my style while staying true to the brand's heritage".

The line includes jackets with checkered linings and quilted knitwear, as well as footwear, including clogs. Chung also designed long coats, ruffled shirts, cable-knit cardigans, and ankle-length Wellington boots.
