A new set of stickers with different images of the great Russian scientist and one of the founders of Moscow State University, Mikhail Lomonosov, has appeared on Telegram. The stickers were created and made by Ulyana Rusetskaya, a designer and animator from MSU, on the eve of MSU's birthday and Tatiana's Day, a holiday for all students.
This year, MSU is celebrating its anniversary, marking 270 years since Empress Elizabeth Petrovna issued an order to establish Moscow State University. In honor of this date, various festive events and activities have been organized, including a presentation of the stickers via MSU VKontakte and Telegram channels, as Ulyana Rusetskaya, a correspondent from "Rodina," explained.
Lomonosov is depicted in different situations in the stickers: he is working, daydreaming, angry, running, sleeping, teasing, and even presenting a anniversary cake. Ulyana noted that for her, MSU is primarily about the people she works with, and Lomonosov is one of the symbols of the university.
"In general, I think Mikhail Vasilyevich represents our team - cute and a little crazy. That's why the set of stickers turned out to be cute and a little crazy," Ulyana said.
The stickers have already gained popularity and are actively used not only by MSU students.
