Technology continues to evolve, and at the annual Marie Claire Blogger Party, an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated girl made her debut on the runway. The event, attended by Russian celebrities, caused a sensation as the most stylish women and young men showcased their fashionable outfits and sought attention and new connections. However, the queen of the evening was Tatiana, the stylist for the TJ Collection brand of shoes, clothing, and accessories, created using AI. Party guests witnessed the offline appearance of the AI expert for the first time.
"We made sure that the AI stylist's first appearance was as spectacular and memorable as possible, impressing friends and fans of the brand. It was important for us to demonstrate that such formats can go beyond the online realm," the TJ Collection team noted.
The brand has been developing its own direction in digital fashion for several years. In 2022, they introduced their first line of clothing adapted for the Roblox metaverse platform. Last season, TJ Collection and MidJourney created a futuristic collection, showcasing what people will wear in 30 years, in 2053. The prototypes were real models presented in the brand's showrooms.
In 2024, the company, in collaboration with the National Research University Higher School of Economics (HSE), launched a digital fashion museum in the Spatial metaverse. That same year, TJ Collection became the first fashion brand in Russia to create its own AI stylist.
