New Clothing Manufacturing Facilities to Be Established in Moscow's SVAO

Moscow's Deputy Mayor for Urban Policy and Construction, Vladimir Yefimov, announced that two new clothing manufacturing facilities will be established in the Southern Medvedkovo and Otradnoye districts of the Northern Administrative Okrug (SAO) as part of the city's large-scale investment projects program.

In accordance with the program, agreements have already been signed with investors to lease land plots for construction, with a total area of nearly two hectares, at a preferential rate of one ruble per year, the vice-mayor noted.

"The total area of the constructed facilities will be almost 20,000 square meters," Yefimov clarified. He added that this initiative will create 650 jobs, and the combined investment size is estimated at over 1.5 billion rubles.
