On a Saturday, Hollywood couple Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively were spotted arm-in-arm in New York City's West Village. The pair had enjoyed a dinner date at Buvette restaurant before taking a leisurely stroll. Lively, known for her role in Gossip Girl, looked effortlessly chic in wide-legged denim pants paired with a black and purple sweater and a white T-shirt. She completed her outfit with a long black overcoat and white platform shoes, and carried a brown leather purse.
Reynolds also opted for a casual yet stylish look, wearing black pants, a white T-shirt, and a collared gray sweater, topped with a blue puffer coat. His black and white sneakers added a touch of sportiness to his ensemble. He was spotted carrying a bag from the restaurant as they walked back to their shared apartment in Tribeca.
In a recent interview with her Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants co-star Amber Tamblyn, Lively discussed the rules that she and Reynolds established at the beginning of their relationship. Their interview was released on February 22 on Tamblyn's show, Further Ado.
Lively explained, "When Ryan and I got together, we made a rule not to work at the same time. So that we could always prioritize our personal life. It takes a lot of effort to maintain that balance." She further reflected on her time on Gossip Girl, stating, "I'm used to working hard without stopping. Gossip Girl was a demanding show, and sometimes we were shooting multiple episodes simultaneously."
The couple tied the knot in 2012, just one year after they started dating. Since then, they have expanded their family with the addition of four children. They have three daughters named James, Inez, and Betty, and recently welcomed their fourth child in February 2023. The name and gender of their newest arrival have not yet been revealed.
