Like mother, like daughter! In a recent interview with GQ, Kim Kardashian revealed that her 10-year-old daughter, North West, has started her own entrepreneurial venture - a lemonade stand. Kardashian joked about North's business sensibilities and how she maximizes her profit.
According to Kardashian, North sets up a lemonade stand on the weekends. She fills a huge pitcher, puts it in her wagon, and heads down to the corner with a table, chairs, and fans to keep herself cool. North even makes signs to attract customers. She spends hours and hours there, with the help of her friends, whom she splits the money with.
While the setup of the lemonade stand remains consistent, North's approach to pricing is a bit questionable. Kardashian explained that if a random person stops, North will charge them only $2. However, if she knows the customer, she fully scams them. Kardashian shared that her friends have called her complaining that North charged them $20 for a simple lemonade and then claimed she had no change when given the money.
In the interview, Kardashian also talked about the challenges of raising four kids as an A-list public figure. She emphasized her efforts to normalize their lives as much as possible, allowing them to ride bikes to their cousins' houses in their neighborhood. However, Kardashian acknowledges that their Hidden Hills mansion in California comes with extra security measures, such as a gated entrance and guards.
"I understand that it is not a normal life. We're never going to have a normal family life, no matter what," Kardashian said. "As a parent, I want to protect them as much as I can."
